WorldofNexa provides website development, logo design, branding, and advertising services to clients. Our services are provided based on the terms outlined in our proposals, agreements, or other written communications between WorldofNexa and the client.

Payment for our services is subject to the following terms:

> Clients agree to pay 40% of the total project cost as an advance payment before work commences.

> The remaining 60% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the work.

> Advance payments are non-refundable.

> We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work until full payment has been received.

Work Process

> WorldofNexa will provide clients with regular updates and opportunities for feedback throughout the project timeline.

> Clients agree to provide timely feedback and approvals to facilitate the completion of the work.

> Delays in project completion due to client actions or inactions may result in additional fees or adjustments to the project timeline.

Client Responsibilities

> Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of the work.

> Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldofNexa from any claims or liabilities arising from the content provided by the client.
